Jacques Billé is a French artisan with over 15 years' experience in plumbing and renovations.

He discovered a passion for interiors, design, and problem-solving while renovating his own attic in central Paris in his early 20’s. He qualified as a plumber in France, as plumbing is one of the core skills required for any bathroom or kitchen renovation. Thereafter he worked for various plumbing and renovation companies in Paris, before starting his own company in 2009.

Now living in South Africa, Jacques applies his European expertise to the South African market. He is certified as a plumber in South Africa and registered with the PIRB (Plumbing Industry Registration Board).

Jacques is meticulous, honest, neat, and has an exceptionally keen eye for detail. He does not like to make false promises or to “make a plan” when problems could have been predicted with careful planning. He offers sound plumbing advice and sustainable solutions at a fair price. He strives to understand his clients' desires and find the best compromise between quality, the aesthetic expectations of his clients, and their budget.
